The multi-purpose residential complex is designed as a uniform architectural urban ensemble formed of nine buildings of different number of stories. On the site perimeter there are multiple-storied section buildings (from 7 up to 20 stories), and the center is occupied by two 21-storied towers. All these building are united with a slylobate. A two-storied kindergarten for 112 kids is attached to a tower sitting at the site center. The apartments are arranged from the first floor up, while the ground floors are intended for offices and rentable premises. The two-level underground garage is designed for up to 1,912 vehicles, and the big column pitch (7.8 and 8.4 meters) provides parking spaces for even large vehicles. The complex courtyard hosts a picturesque and cozy park and an equipped playground.
The architectural image is based on contrast of laconic rectangular building spaces and their fine and sculptured shell of fretted travertine. The austerity of the wide window openings is well balanced with the lacy stone decorations, this technique can be referred to both the Stalin-era architecture and the Post-Modernist architecture which recovers the former.
