Project of a business center on Podkolokolniy Lane suggested building construction in a pronouncedly modern style. Located at a corner site facing the intersection of five streets, the complex is polygonal in its plan. Its facades and roofing formed with polylines grade into each other to develop a dynamic architectural image and to conceal the true number of stories of the complex. The perforation pattern of circular openings of various diameters also adds some intrigue to the building image. A courtyard can be arranged in the polygonal plan center to improve illumination of the business center premises and provide its employees with a proper landscaped public area.
