The project of a multifunctional office, hotel and administrative complex with sales outlets at Volokolamskoye Shosse, plot 24, is implemented in the territory of the North-Western Administrative Area. The complex has a significant effect on the visual perception from Volokolamskoye Shosse and will be a prominent feature of the urban landscape. The architectural intention of the design proposal is based on creating an aesthetically expressive plastic architectural volume of the designed complex. The building will have a highly developed engineering infrastructure ensuring a high level of comfort for the employees and visitors. The complex consists of two volumes of different-sizes: a 28-floor administrative and office building and a 14-floor hotel building, located above 3 underground levels of parking lot and 2 above-ground floors of the podium.
