The construction project is implemented in the North-Western Administrative Area of Moscow at the intersection of 3rd Silikatny Proyezd and Zvenigorodskoye Shosse (plot 5). On the southern side of the site there is Karamyshevskaya Embankment of the Moskva River. The area of the land plot is 6.2848 hectares.
The location and site characteristics create the preconditions for placing a modern multifunctional complex with a developed social and amenities infrastructure, allowing fitting it seamlessly into the built-up area, to form the land plot and to assign the territory the status of the local city center.
The site of the intended construction is located in the industrial area to be reconstructed in accordance with the city development plan of the North-Western Administrative Area for the period up to 2020.
