Match Point residanional complex

The apartment complex consists of 100-meter-high buildings, a two-floor office building, a building of the sports volleyball arena and an underground three-level parking lot.
The apartment buildings are located in the eastern part of the land plot along the development line at Vasilisa Kozhina Street as an elongated rectangular forming an inner improved yard. On the south side of the site between the apartment buildings, there is a two-floor office building. The inner courtyard of the apartment buildings is intended for a recreation area, planting of trees and shrubs, installation of hardscape elements.
In the western part of the site the project provides for a building of an indoor sports volleyball arena with stands for 3,500 spectators. Under the whole plot the project provides for an underground part of the complex, which houses a three-level parking lot with technical rooms of the complex and utility facilities of the sports arena with 2 training rooms.
The scheme of the transport service of territory of the complex is solved in conjunction with Vasilisa Kozhina Street and the designed internal passageways, and provides for internal and external transport and pedestrian links.
The entrances into the territory of the complex are from Vasilisa Kozhina Street: from the north-western side of the site to the sports arena, and from the north-eastern side of the site to the apartment buildings. Near the sports arena there is an open parking lot for coaches and a parking lot for a TV bus.
