The office and commercial center is located in Penza on Kirova Street, one of the major city routes. The construction site with the terrain differences of about 2 meters is located between the TTS building and the Central Bank. The building faces a rather busy intersection and was designed as a prominent object of modern architecture to become another remarkable Penza hallmark. The 10-storied building space was treated like a crystal with its faces coated with diamond-shaped panels of transparent, bluish and greenish glass to emphasize the buildings’ futuristic character. The corner entrance zone is a little bit sunk into the building, and its decorative arch is polyline to grant the entrance zone some romantic resemblance to the Cave of Treasures.
The ground floor of the building hosts entrance zones for the office and the commercial sections, the security service, the reception counter and commercial outlets. The first floor hosts outlets and cafes, while floors 2-9 are occupied with office premises.
