The designed complex consists of 4 residential towers of various heights (from 58 to 74 floors), a stand-alone 2-floor preschool educational institution, a two-floor volume of non-residential rooms built into the substructure and a two-level underground parking lot. The residential towers are located along the perimeter of the site at the right angle to the Third Ring Road, forming a geometric composition with a separate internal improved yard. A part of the substructure from the Third Ring Road protruding out of the ground is planned to be used for the trade, public catering enterprises, sports and recreation centers, spa and health center. It is planned to make one entrance/exit to/from the site from Kanatchikovskv Proyezd. The entrances to the underground parking lot are arranged from Kanatchikovsky Proyezd and the Third Ring Road. In the yard, it is planned to plant trees, arrange recreation areas and pedestrian walkways. The underground part of the designed complex includes two levels that host an underground parking lot, the necessary technical and utility rooms, a car washing space for 6 cars and a sports and recreation complex, spa, health center and trading areas. The access of motor vehicles to the parking lot is arranged by two separated double-track ramps. On the first floor, there are entrances of the residential towers, commercial rooms, catering and service enterprises. In the western part of the site, there is a two-floor preschool educational institution for 170 children.
