The multifunctional complex with an underground parking lot is located in the Northern Administrative Area of Moscow, at the junction of Nizhnyaya Maslovka and Novaya Bashilovka Streets, 150m to the north-east of the Dynamo sports complex in Airport district at the address: Nizhnyaya Maslovka Street, plot 17. The designed multifunctional complex is a single volume, complicated as to the outlines and functional purpose, the lower part of which houses a retail sale space, and the upper – apartments. The height of the building is 75 meters. The entrances of the complex are arranged on both sides, separately for each part. The main entrance to the shopping center is from Novaya Bashilovka Street. Russian Style shopping center will occupy the first 4 floors. The interiors will be finished in the style of the Russian folk craft, which is defined by the name and the functional belonging of the shopping center to the Russian folk crafts. The apartments occupy the high part of the complex; the main entrance to the apartment lobby is from the courtyard, which creates a comfort zone for visitors and residents of the apartments. The apartments occupy floors 5 to 19.
