The designed plot of the total area of 24.83 hectares is located in the South-Eastern Administrative Area within the boundaries being Ryazansky Prospekt, Okskaya Street and 2nd Vyazovsky Proyezd. On the territory of the former plant of reinforced concrete structures it is expected to build a new complex of multi-floor residential buildings with social and cultural facilities. The land plot is divided into 4 blocks. Ryazansky Prospekt offers a view of the boulevard which is a point of attraction for future residents as well as visitors of this area. The boulevard crosses the entire area in the central part, which allows for an access to the first floors of the residential complex, intended for commercial and office rooms. To create a comfortable living environment, the spaces of the kindergartens on the first floors are facing outwards, away from the yards.
