The multiple storied office building (6-7 stories) with an 8,600 sq.m. area is situated near the Third Ring Road among buildings of different construction eras and scales. This architectural solution is vigorous, impressionable and extravagant. The viewer’s attention is intentionally drawn to heavy structural units, its space forms a metal frame with floor-to-ceiling stained-glass windows.
Rectangular in its plan, the building faces Tikhvinskaya Street with its longitudinal west façade. The façade forms a compound, column ported space lined with ceramics tile along metal guides. From the east façade facing a residential building, the fourth and fifth floors are terraced to meet the insolation requirements.
From the north, to Sushchevskiy Val Street, there is a dynamic cantilever on heavy steel beams sitting on the roof. Due to strut-framed structural design stories 3-6 overhang the entrance with 6 meter shelves.
