Oasis office

Mixed use

2012

As of the beginning of the designing, the facility featured an unfinished construction project (the construction was suspended in 2009) developed by KРF (England) with erected underground section structures comprised of three underground levels and ground-floor structures. The new idea necessitated the demolition of the most part of underground floors.
The stake was put on a sharply defined geometric pattern which can be easily tied into a well-balanced two-piece composition. The tallest space of up to 12 stories sits deep on the site against 1st Dobryninskiy Lane. It is expected to host open plan offices and a large lobby. The office building gable façade facing the Garden Ring is fully glazed to downsize the building and make it even lighter optically. While the elongated facades look substantial due to terracotta panel facing.
The second volume, being the same laconic and rectangular in its plan, is multistoried with the number of stories varying from 6 up to 9, rising upon approach to Koroviev Val Street. It hosts residential apartments. There is a building-sheltered gallery arranged along the lane due to the ground floor shift against the frontage line running to the complex central entrance.
The new building became an expressive panorama emphasis of this part of the Garden Ring and at the same time fixed the currently empty street corner.
